How do I access my lessons and materials for Tinkergarten Anywhere?
Once you register for Tinkergarten Anywhere, you will receive a confirmation email (subject: “You’re Enrolled! Tinkergarten Anywhere Details”) that includes a link to the index page from which you can access all weekly lessons.
You will also receive an email with a link from Tinkergarten each week to alert you when the next lesson is made available.
Is there an option to attend a live class?
Tinkergarten Anywhere does not include live class sessions, but includes pre-recorded video lessons instead. Our In-Person format includes live classes as well as the pre-recorded content included in Tinkergarten Anywhere.
I have more than one child enrolled in TG Anywhere. Can I get more badges?
A single badge is included in your purchase of Tinkergarten Anywhere. However, you can easily purchase additional badges through our Tinkergarten Gear Store.
Is Tinkergarten responsible for errors in shipping information or shipping issues?
Though we know it can happen, we cannot be responsible if addresses are entered incorrectly when you register. However, if you realize right away that a mistake was made, please reach out to us at support@tinkergarten.com with “URGENT” in the subject line. We will do our best to update it with our shipping partner before your shipment is processed.
Once materials are shipped, we are unable to alter shipping information. But, we provide a digital format of these materials in your order confirmation email (subject: You’re Enrolled! Tinkergarten Anywhere Details), and additional physical badges can be purchased through our Tinkergarten Gear Store.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we’re only able to ship to U.S. addresses. A digital format of the materials will be provided in the order confirmation email (subject: You’re Enrolled! Tinkergarten Anywhere Details).
What is your refund policy?
If you are not satisfied with your TG Anywhere experience (which we hope you won’t!), you can request a refund, minus 10% for processing fees. Please email us at support@tinkergarten.com and let us know that you’d like a refund. Any refunds will be posted to the original form of payment, and, depending on your financial institution, may take 5-10 days to be reflected in your account after processing.
