What is the refund policy?

We understand that circumstances can change for families. In the event that you are no longer able to attend a class, please reach out to us right away at support@tinkergarten.com and we'll be happy to help you.

Requests for un-enrollment before the second session of a class are eligible for a refund of the cost paid, less 15% registration and processing fees.

Requests for un-enrollment after the second session of a class are eligible for a refund of 40% of the cost of remaining sessions.

Because enrollment without attendance takes a spot that another family might have filled, and class costs are incurred for each enrolled explorer (including materials, processing fees, and compensation for our leaders), we are unable to provide refunds or adjustments for unattended sessions after a class has ended.

Refunds will be posted to the original form of payment, and, depending on your financial institution, may take 8-10 days to be reflected in your account after processing.
