What is the refund policy?

We understand that circumstances can change for families. In the event that a change in work or childcare schedule, or the arrival of a new sibling, drastically changes a family's ability to attend classes, they may contact Tinkergarten to un-enroll. We will refund 85% of the remaining fee, based on a per-class rate if the family requests a refund before the second session of the season. If a family requests to un-enroll after the second week of classes, we will refund 40% of the remaining fee, based on a per-class rate.  Refunds may be requested in writing at support@tinkergarten.com Refunds will be posted to the original form of payment, and may take 8-10 days to be reflected in your account after processing.
